(custody) dispute, I highly advise you to retain an attorney.
Your local bar association can assist you in locating an attorney and if
you check your shopper flyers
usually there are attorneys with advertisements for very discounted family
law matters and payment plans.
Even if uncontested, it is highly advisable to have an attorney who could
then conclude matters quickly.
